Nashville, Tenn. - Matt Wallin of Williamson County has been named manager of Crye-Leike's Residential Property Management Division in Nashville, Tenn., announced Keith Rosenblum, president of Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management. He is responsible for expanding the division as well as managing the procurement of single family dwellings and investment properties in Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford and Maury counties. Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike has begun construction of a 13,100 square foot office building in Brentwood, Tenn. near the southeast corner of Granny White and Old Hickory Blvd. The single story building will accommodate the rapidly growing Nashville regional office of Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management.
