Crye-Leike Commercial Expands Management Staff
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management announces the following staff addition as a result of expanding its commercial and property management services:
Karen L. Will, affiliate broker, has been named senior manager of commercial properties for Crye-Leike Property Management. A resident of Franklin, Tenn., she is responsible for the management of commercial properties ranging from the most prestigious Class A office properties to small retail strip centers in Nashville and Chattanooga as well as expanding business operations in surrounding areas. Previously affiliated with NAI/Rohde Realty Inc. of San Antonio, Texas, Will has over 10 years of experience as a senior property manager and leasing agent. With experience ranging across virtually all property types, Will is currently managing more than 1.6 million square feet of office, light industrial, warehouse, retail and special use space.

Crye-Leike Commercial Relocates into New Company Owned Office Building
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management announces the relocation and expansion of its regional headquarters in Brentwood into a new company-owned office building located at 1187 Old Hickory Blvd. in Nashville, Tenn.
The move was prompted by the company's desire for greater visibility as well as expansion room for its rapidly growing commercial division, said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike and owner of the 1.46 acre property which is valued at $1.8 million, including land and construction costs.
Crye-Leike Commercial will occupy 7,000 square feet of the newly-constructed 13,100 square foot office building, moving from its previous secluded location at 130 Wilson Pike in Brentwood. The new facility, located across the street from Bethel World Outreach Center, accommodates up to 30 Crye-Leike commercial brokers and management staff who serve Middle Tennessee and surrounding counties.

Crye-Leike Commercial Expands Operations into Rutherford County
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management announces the expansion of its Nashville sales offices into Rutherford County. J. David Floyd has been named commercial sales manager of Rutherford County to lead in the company's new initiative.
Crye-Leike's commercial branch office in Rutherford County is located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway, West in Smyrna, Tenn.
Floyd has been affiliated with Crye-Leike for eight years, most recently serving as managing broker for its Murfreesboro branch office.
