Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial of Brentwood, Tenn. has sold a 3.2 acre tract in Franklin, Tenn. to a father and son team who own Sunvertible, Inc., an upscale pre-owned auto dealership, specializing in convertibles and replacement of convertible tops.
Crye-Leike Commercial facilitated the entire transaction on behalf of both the buyers and the seller. Crye-Leike commercial sales associate Mark Parrish, a 45-year real estate veteran, served as the selling agent, representing the buyers, father Rodney Adkins and his son, Jon. Crye-Leike commercial sales associate William "Rusty" Ingle served as the listing agent, representing the seller, SunTrust Bank of Tennessee.
The Adkins purchased the property, located off Highway 96 near Interstate 65, with plans to relocate and expand their business, a move that will double their current 50-car inventory.

Brentwood, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial of Brentwood, Tenn. has sold a 114,000-square-foot manufacturing plant on a 13 acre tract in Milan, Tenn. to Southern Source Tool & Manufacturing, the world-wide contract packager and distributor of replacement parts.
The property, located at 2008 Kefauver Drive in Gibson County, was owned by Genesco, Inc. of Nashville, Tenn. and served as its Volunteer Leather plant. Genesco (NYSE:GCO) is a marketer of branded footwear and accessories selling in more than 1,000 retail stores in the United States.
