CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS OPENS COMMERCIAL DIVISION IN GEORGIA
ALPHARETTA, GA. - Crye-Leike?, Realtors announces the opening of its new Commercial Division, serving clients across the State of Georgia under the leadership of Managing Broker Adel Elmankabady, ALC, RECS, CPS.
Crye-Leike Commercial, Georgia will manage the company's commercial sales and commercial leasing activities in Georgia from offices at 11895 Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta, north of the Atlanta metro area.

Crye-Leike Commercial Associate Ed Brooks Earns Broker's License
BRENTWOOD, Tenn.- The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Ed Brooks of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received his broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.
To become eligible for the examination, Mr. Brooks met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Crye-Leike Commercial and The Bloner Group, LLC Completes Sale of 333 Union Street
NASHVILLE, TN. - Brentwood based Crye-Leike Commercial and The Blonder Group, LLC, today announced they have completed the sale of a marquis downtown office building, located at 333 Union Street, in Nashville's central business district.
